Q&A: Where can I find a commercial finance expert (lender)who understands Exchange Traded Options (calls/puts etc)?

Question by Matt: Where can I find a commercial finance expert (lender)who understands Exchange Traded Options (calls/puts etc)?
…preferably in London.

Thanks.
Thanks guys, but I should clarify…

I am an Accredited Deriviatives Advisor, so I understand how options work. By selling covered call options, I generate consistent, upfront returns of 3-5% per month for my income. But I’d earn more if I had more capital, so I’m looking for lenders who lend out money to borrowers. My theory being that as I make 3-5% returns every month, handling the annual interest rate on borrowed money would be no problem, as my returns more than cover that.

It would be a good investment, as I’d make more each year than what my loan interest payments would be. eg. 12 months x 3-5% each month, adds up to more than say 13-16% I’d have to pay in interest on a loan.

People have no concerns about borrowing money to buy a house, which they rent out to tenants.
This goes by the same theory. Even if the house drops in value, it can still be rented out for monthly income. I do the same when I sell covered calls, on shares. I can keep selling the call options for in

Drop into a brokerage house office and ask them if they have any seminars on option trading. Most brokerages will hold free evening seminars to help educate their customers as an educated customer is more likely to trade actively and they only make money from the commissions on the trades. Keep in mind that no one is truly an expert, it’s up to you to become your own expert.

It’s all up to the government and banks… Whatever happens they’re still going to get their big bonuses. Why do they care? But it has made me think about how I spend my money.

Question by Long Belly Banks: Calling all Finance experts!!!! What is going on here?
Ok. I just made a withdrawal form the atm. At first I asked for 260 dollars. The money didn’t come out. a receipt came out and said that the transaction couldn’t be posted. so i tried again and entered 200 dollars first and then 80 dollars and got the money in separate transactions. But now my online bank statement list the first transaction that wasn’t processed as “pending” and then above that reads “Pending Misc. Credit ATM CREDIT 18320 PRESTON RD DALLAS TX $ 260.00″ What does this mean? cuz the 260 is under the credit category. Will the money still be there? Please try and answer this question as best as posibble. Best Answer will be given to the most accurate and helpful answer.

Finance experts help please – consolidating immediate debts – is it really worth it?

Question by Kat: Finance experts help please – consolidating immediate debts – is it really worth it?
Does it make sense to consolidate my bank debts – meaning I pay £40 less per month (which can go towards my student loan repayment of £70 per month which have just come up) but means taking on another 5 year loan. This loan will pay off an existing bank loan (with same bank), overdraft and credit card that I recently took out to transfer a a balance at 0% for 16 months. Is it worth it considering the credit card is interest free at the moment and the loan taken to cover everything will obviously charge interest. So I’m a bit confused as this consolidation would free up approx £40 per month that I could do with at the moment but will I be paying back more in the long run -and does that really matter if I need the money now?

No trolls/spam please.
