Question by you know it!! LOL!!: Will they let you pay off probation fees as well as anger management by doing community services?
is this for most states, if unable to pay?

how much do they pay to do this?

do they give you more hours than you have to pay ?

please explain how often this is done?

can you pay anger management classes this way too?

if totally unalbe to pay any money?
btw, which states do you know about, if not all of them?

how much can you earn in a week if unable to find employment?

can you do this the whole year?

how do you get there and back?

what kinds of things do you do?

Best answer:

Answer by mimisnan
Where I live, Texas, when you get probation, you usually have to pay fines, court costs, probation fees, make restitution (if applicable), AND possibly community service(unpaid). I’m not sure about the management classes, but I think they would be at your expense.
If you break any of the terms of your probation, including making payments, your probation will eventually be revoked. Then you might have to serve the rest of your sentence in jail.

 question Fazza : Tips to borrow money for Partners ?
My friend, with whom I work with over 4 years (22 years, is it in 27) has always struggled with debt and is really wanting to clarify now. Overall, it has 13,000 pounds of debt. While I’ve always been a saver and have reasonable savings offers to my âge.Elle about £ 500 per month in debt payments purely about a quarter of what it is interesting, it’s ridiculous, it is fighting for her life and continues to receive bank charges etc . stupidesLa most ideal situation for them a loan for the full amount is to be sought. ie Tesco offer a loan of £ 13,000 over four years for the monthly repayments of about £ 340 – £ 370 per month. Something they could not afford so easily and free of debt in 4 years! If it refers to the way it’s £ 13,000 debt is more like £ 19,000 + total, and it will no longer be in four years, but much more longue.Donc, the obvious solution to this is sorted as quickly as possible, however, they can not get these loans because of their poor crédit.Donc, my money is essentially sitting on a savings account earning about 3.5% per year, and I will not use it any time soon (I wanted to hit a target, then remember to save my money. If I had to give him £ 13 000 and the load equivalent to 5% interest per year, better than I get it in any bank, it makes sense to lend him money because it would be best for me and a heck of a lot better for them However, there is concern about future costs, etc., and turning a relationship into a “business?” She’s so sure she has changed her ways … someone had a similar experience? In contrast I saved hard for her since I was about 10 years to get what I have. Is it possible to ensure my return? A contract? She even mentioned about the support money to prove his house, as it signified . Nous have a daughter together anyway so it’s not like there is a risk of rupture of perpetual contact, but I was only thinking about the future (the next four years), changes in personal circumstances, it etcEst a good idea if there is any kind a legal agreement guarantees that can be found, or is this a big no no? I would help, but again it is my hard earned money in exceptional cases, but if there is a way to ensure best …. A:.

Response time

by Ed Fox
bank charges occur because (apparently) is often found without any arrangement found on the spot – no overdraft autorisé.Elle seems to be poor budgeting and before to meet you, perhaps, was one of those who signed up for a credit card just because they could, and then exit by maxing out (with the full amount of the credit limit). I recommend to pay her money as she could then, in your opinion, a simple button for the future. Worse, receiving £ 13,000 and has paid all his debts, it may well disappear, debt free, begin a new life.

okay I have taken a person to court for 1,900 dollars, he did not show I had it granted and the papers are docketed, next step is to set up garnishment, the court said a check is supposed to be mailed to his employer to start the garnishment process, but he is his own employer, plus after looking him up he owes payday loans money, so does it pay to have this set up? or should I just drop the whole thing? advice

Best answer:

Answer by ………..
Some states and you did not say where you are will allow you to attach his equipment or extra vehicles dependent on what type of business he qwns there may be enough equipment involved to get your money, if not set on it for a few months depending on the statute of limitations and see if he is better suited to pay, if you file a garnishment now and he owes enough money he may file bankruptcy and you would get a small amount of money if there were proceeds from a sale.~

Question by Helen S: Why throw good money after bad? To save this man’s face and pension?
Desperate times for him would become a nightmare for all of us if we were daft enough to allow this!

http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/271366

Best answer:

Answer by Guru Hank
It can’t happen. The Eurobonds he talks about are a fantasy he would dearly love to see, but the German courts have ruled that it would take legislation from the German parliament before they could be proceeded with, and there is no chance of that.

The UK would not be involved, as we are not in the Eurozone.

There is no reason to believe Greece will still be using the Euro after next March, and probably well before that something may happen to break it up.

~~~~~~~~~
@Shambling: ~ You underestimate the delusions of these people. Uniforms are not excluded from the dreamscape, here is a recent quote from the German ministry of tact and diplomacy:
“Germany’s EU commissioner Günther Oettinger said Europe should send blue helmets to take control of Greek tax collection and liquidate state assets”
As for Finland’s collateral, it was a condition of the last bailouts for Greece that no further attachment of Greek assets could be entered into without the full consent of all existing creditors. Pie in the sky unless a few more laws, agreements and contracts are swept aside – (on past form of course, that might happen).
Question by posie: Can you join the police if you have charging orders against your property?
I want to join the police force but my husband has two charging orders for unpaid debt, both accrued before we met, but on the property we jointly own. How long does it take after these are cleared before they are taken off your credit rating? The police won’t recruit you if they are active, so am I essentially barred from this career path forever through bad money management in the past?
Best answer:
Answer by Ady
Each individual case is taken into consideration. The main thing in which this depends on his how much the debt was for and how long ago it occurred. Also, what was the outcome? Was it paid immediately? Was there a court appearence involved?
Basically, the reason the Police ask questions in relation to debts etc is to discover whether you are the kind of person who would ever consider accepting bribes because there are occasions as a Police officer when you will handle large quantities of cash, so you have to be 100% trust worthy and not be tempted by any money issues you may be having.
There is no definite answer to your question because as I say, each case is considered under its own circumstances. But, if since this debt occured, you and your husband have kept up with all payments and had no arrears and you have always kept on top of any hire purchase aggreements, credit cards or similar, then chances are this would not affect your application.
Bare in mind that when in the Police you are subject to random financial checks also, so if you do eventually get in the job, don’t allow any similar mistakes to occur again.
In light of the current market a friend of mine suggested that war is always a ‘good way’ for a country to come out of a recession, is this the case? I can think of no reason why this would be as surely the government would have to borrow more money to fund a war? And before anyone accuses me of being a sick and twisted individual I am not advocating us starting a war to get the world economy out of its slump!
Question by : The question of lending money to friends?
I have a friend at work who I always lent £2-3 for the bus, some food, etc every now and again. Recently, he asked for £40 promising the money would be repaid. He was my friend and considered our friendship to be far more important than money, so I lent him the money. The next week he didnt return to work and isnt coming back. It is only now that I have realised ive been truly tricked and scammed out of money. Its safe to say ive lost that monry now and my friend wasnt my friend at all. The sense of betrayel, hurt by someone I had faith in is great. This could could give me trust issues.
